招收成年学生，单人房间，可共享除房间外家庭中的其他设施。

地址：靠近Baseline和Fisher，公交路线： 86,111,118， 可直达市中心，OU,CU 和Algonquin，周围设施便利，靠近超市。
有两个带家具的房间，都在主层上。
包早中晚三餐，通常情况下大家一起吃饭，但是房客也可以根据自己的需求和时间自己料理食物，大家共享冰箱和储藏室的所有食材， 房东经常到T&T购物。
其他还包括：高速网络，有线电视，打印/纸张/墨，洗衣/干衣，空调/暖气，停车，前后院，游戏室包括桌球/DVD/VCR/有线电视，厨房/餐具/所有厨房用具/调料，香皂/洗衣液/洗手液/卫生纸，等，但是请不要吸烟。

房东简介：本土加拿大人，退休律师（女士），曾在中国教过一年英语，离开中国的时候当地政府送给她一副书法：“鹤发银丝映日月，丹心热血沃新花”。她对待房客就像对待家庭成员一样，经常带房客参加活动，为他们学习英语，融入当地生活创造了一个友好，便利的环境。

Near amenities/shopping along Merivale.
Two (2) large fully furnished main floor rooms –food included.
Included - Hi Speed Wireless Internet, Printer/paper/ink, Laundry, AC, Parking, Large Yard, Games room with pool table and television dedicated for students with DVD/VCR, Cable, Full Kitchen Privileges. We often eat meals together but you can cook yours based on your timetable helping yourself to whatever is in the fridge and pantry. Two full bathrooms – lower primarily for students but can use upper.
Food included for breakfast, lunch, dinner - as well as incidentals i.e. soap, cleaning products.
Owner (a retired lawyer, female) – native Canadian, has taught an academic year in China. Proven supportive environment for integrating into Canadian culture and learning English. Owner organizes many activities in Ottawa area. Be part of our family.
$ 775 per month per student – lease on a monthly basis.
