OTTAWA — Travellers faced delays across the board Sunday as a storm continued to coat Central and Eastern Canada with ice. But the weather system has been relatively kind to the capital area, which no major issues reported. Spokesmen for Ottawa fire, police and paramedics all reported a “very quiet” morning. All, however, said problems could arise as the ice pellets and freezing rain continued to sweep the region.
