Quebec social services has reversed its position and will be providing some financial assistance to Garry Belair, who, like his wife, Lisa Beausoleil, is laid up and cannot work for at least a few months. Social services has also agreed to pay for many medications he was paying for with money they were borrowing from Beausoleil’s mother. That should save the Quyon couple, both of whom are 31, as much as $600 a month.
