NACO member may face huge fine after violin seized

Yosuke Kawasaki, concertmaster with the National Arts Centre Orchestra, was in Japan on the weekend, accompanied, of course, by his violin. Just over a year ago, that might not have been the case, for at the time the violin and three bows were in the hands of the Canadian Border Services Agency.
