I have checked with COSTCO that ONLY passport photo can be taken there($5.99). They can not take PR. photo.

Even you bring the requirement to them? i did not take picture there, only know the price is the best. sorry for the my misleaded info.

I used the passport kind photo for PR card. The persons I know all used passport photos.
