A former RCMP superintendent who was fired from his $188,000-a-year job as head of corporate security at Canada Post is suing the Crown corporation for wrongful dismissal. Robert (Ted) Upshaw’s lawsuit, filed in December, is the second against Canada Post in the past nine months by a senior manager alleging they were wrongfully let go.
