寄宿的中学，应该是私立学校。

既然移民了，应该没有必要找中介。找教育局网站找个email联系问一下不就得了。

Firstly the child need a Math & English test in OCDSB. Then he will attend a high school with ESL Program , which location is closed to home address. Totally, there are 8 high school at OCDSB, the best one is BELL HS, if home address is western Ottawa or Kanata.
