Ottawa mural artist Shaun McInnis is being subjected to malicious and anonymous attacks on social media that are bordering on the perverse. What is more frightening is that McInnis, 48, can’t really do anything to have the awful smears removed from two U.S.-based “complaint” websites. He can try getting a court order to have the comments removed and even attempt filing a lawsuit against the websites and the person whom he thinks is responsible.
