Ottawa detective takes couple from Northern Ireland into his home

A couple from Northern Ireland had just arrived in Ottawa. They were exhausted from their long journey and still reeling from the death of a relative. That was when a complete stranger stepped in to help them. Don Moore and his wife of 45 years, Carmel, travelled from the town of Derry after learning that Moore’s sister, Irene Jorgensen, 75, had died of natural causes.
