An Ontario Provincial Police officer helped deliver a baby in the parking lot of the Sharbot Lake detachment Saturday morning. Const. Lori Lobinowich was on duty for less than an hour at 6:30 a.m. when she was told that a woman was in labour in the parking lot of the police station.
