Napoleon, the cat, got very fat, at 25 pounds a dishevelled mess. Guylene Roy, the owner, got suddenly poorer Tuesday, fined $1,220 for letting the long-haired tabby become obese, dirty and smelly — so bad the Ottawa Humane Society took one look at him on May 7 and put him down.
