Probe launched into Ottawa laser clinic that’s offering invasive procedures

Just months after giving it a seal of approval, Ottawa Public Health has launched an investigation into an Ottawa laser clinic owner who, despite not being a doctor, has told the Citizen she performed a nose job on a client and is offering to perform “vaginal beautifications” as well as face lifts, Botox injections and other procedures.
