关于汽车emission test，求建议

10来年的老车，价值千八百刀，emission test没有通过，Medas说，两个选择，

1. 修车，800多，保证通过，以后2年不需要测试了。
2. Conditional Pass，450，1年后还要测，也许再Conditional Pass，再花450

除了换新车，二选一，有什么建议？谢谢

The reason is after you reset, driving history and other sensors data are reset at the same time.

When driving, CAT, misfire detector, O2 sensors, EVAP sensors and other things need to be ready before emission computer issue you a passing grade.

Driving for a couple of days usually enough to get all sensors ready, but not necessary.

Of course it would not pass if there was a problem recorded. But if nothing has been caught during these few days, it would be Okay to pass. For example, it it was triggered by a misfire and there has no misfire, it would be Okay lah.
