美国开过2年的车带到渥太华开用交哪些税？可以不换加拿大牌照么？

2010年11月左右在美国买的车，开了2年，然后一直放在美国，现在在加拿大渥太华居住，但是呆不了很久，一年或者一年半。
如果开到渥太华，需要缴纳哪些税？
上网查资料说，美国车在加拿大驾驶60天就要换牌照，但是如果我2个月出境一次，60天是不是重新计算呢？还有，因为1年多之后还要带车返回美国，所以不太想换加拿大的牌照，有没有什么好办法呢？

If they know you drive in canada, they may not provide the insurance.
