The Rob Ford show is coming to town. The pugnacious Toronto mayor who admitted last year to smoking crack during one of his “drunken stupors” was to attend Wednesday’s meeting of mayors from 22 of Canada’s largest cities, organized by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities.
