Laser clinic resumes treatments as physicians’ college prepares for court

Eve Stewart was treating clients at her Ottawa laser clinic on Tuesday despite the threat of injunction. Lawyers from the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons will be in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto on March 6 seeking an injunction ordering her to “refrain from performing controlled acts.”
