Ontario remains committed to nuclear power, Bob Chiarelli says

The shelving of $15 billion worth of new power reactors is just a bump in Ontario’s long-term nuclear energy strategy, Energy Minister Bob Chiarelli assured Canada’s struggling nuclear industry Friday. “This decision was not taken lightly,” he told delegates attending the Canadian Nuclear Association’s annual Ottawa conference and trade show.
