Alleged accomplice sought as Steele-Morin appears in Montreal court

MONTREAL — As Philippe Steele-Morin was charged Tuesday with second-degree murder in the killing of Tricia Boisvert, and with indecently interfering with a body, Montreal police issued a warrant for the arrest of an alleged accomplice. James Boucher, 31, is wanted for accessory to murder after the fact and indecently interfering with a body. Police said they believed Boucher was in the Gatineau area.
