Library board to decide whether to spend $2,300 on trip to Nevada convention

The slot machines and showgirls of Las Vegas will have to hush at the end of June: the librarians are coming to town. And among them will be a member of Ottawa’s library board, who’ll report back on the latest advances in library technology and philosophy — if the board approves at a meeting Monday evening.
