The Canadian soldier accused of stabbing a Russian diplomat will be released from custody on a $15,000 bond, an Ottawa court heard Monday. Pte. Kevin Martin, 32, has been charged with aggravated assault for an incident that left Andrey Gorobets, 44, with stabbing and slashing wounds.
