租车公司的Road side ticket是什么

昨天在停车场 出了个小的刮擦事故

联系租车的公司，给了我一个 road side ticket 号码

我的 damage waiver的保险是 我的信用卡公司 提供的

这个号码需要给 信用卡的 保险公司吗 ？

1) make sure you return your vehicle and charge fully to a credit card that has collision coverage
2) get rental closing receipt
3) call credit card claims department and create a claim number
4) tell claim number to rental company and they will work things out.

我有一次租車，拿車時沒仔細檢查，還車時跟我說引擎蓋上有被石頭打到的掉漆，
雖然當時很不爽，但我直接打電話給信用卡公司，就由他們幫忙搞定
