Client Service Manager 客服经理

Working Location: Saskatoon, SK

Main Responsibilities:


l Familiar with PNP-SK Immigration procedure and strong customer service oriented;

l Setup schedule with clients for business exploratory trip, including visit local businesses, living environment, schools etc;

l Serves as liaison between the customers and various departments;

l Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results;

l Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services

l Follow up with clients periodically;

l Perform daily office work;


Requirement:


l Previous related immigration work experience is an asset;

l Team player with good driving record, a valid driving license is a must;

l Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both English and Chinese;

l Hands on experience with MS Office software;

l Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administrative or Commerce;

l Knowledgeable of customer service inclusive of hotel reservations, ground transportation, information on local attractions and activities, and other information that provides valuable service to our customers;
