Former teacher Scott Day finished his testimony at the Eric Leighton inquest Wednesday telling lawyers that student teams had specific instructions to consult and assess after each stage of workshop projects but that conversation hadn’t happened before the fatal accident at Mother Teresa high school in May 2011.
