Hello,

I am the ESL Education Counsellor for ELTOC. If you have any questions, you can email them to me @ esl@eltoc.ca or call (613) 232-8566 during office hours.

This service is free for all adult newcomers to Canada. You must be 18 or older and have a valid permanent resident card. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have either through email or telephone.
