Bearskin Airlines will end all service to and from Ottawa on April 1 as it withdraws from Macdonald — Cartier International Airport after 20 years there. The announcement of Bearskin Airlines’ withdrawal from the Ottawa airport coincided with its announcement to end flights between the Waterloo Region and Ottawa.
