Third lawsuit filed arising from fatal bus-train crash

OTTAWA — The family of another passenger killed in the crash between an OC Transpo bus and a Via Rail train has filed a lawsuit against the city and the estate of the dead driver. Rob More’s family launched the $600,000 lawsuit Tuesday. It’s the third lawsuit filed against the city since the Sept. 18 crash at a level crossing near the Fallowfield Transitway station that killed five passengers plus the driver David Woodard.
