Flags flown at half-mast at City Hall

Ottawa – The flags at City Hall will be flown at half mast from sunrise to sunset on Friday, April 4, 2014, the day of the funeral of the late Mr. Jamie Fisher, former Ottawa City Councillor who represented the Elmdale ward from 1985 - 1991.

Mr. Fisher passed away on March 27, 2014.
