Looking for a townhouse for a family to stay for 2-3 years in Ottawa. The things that are important for us are as follows:

Close to a great elementary school in a nice neighborhood (Westboro, Centrepointe, or Kanata )
2-3 bedroom, air-conditioned
End unit will be the best
Preferably indoor parking
No snow shoveling or maintenance of the lawn
