Man in Ottawa suffers burns to 90 per cent of body

A man is in critical condition in hospital after suffering serious burns to an estimated 90 per cent of his body Monday at the Rideau Carleton Raceway’s parking lot. Paramedics, along with the fire department and Ottawa police were called to the raceway about 3:50 p.m. after receiving reports of man in flames. They found him outside in the parking lot.
