Tweed abandons stranded shipment of B.C. bud

What is it they say about nine-tenths of the law? Medical marijuana supplier Tweed Inc. has decided it no longer wants possession of a planeload of B.C. bud seized by the RCMP. In a press release Thursday, the Smiths Falls medicinal marijuana producer announced it “will not be proceeding with the planned transfer” of the British Columbia weed. It gave no reason for its decision.
