All in a Day drive-home show casualty of CBC cuts

CBC Ottawa’s afternoon radio show All in Day is one of the casualties of Thursday’s massive cuts at the public broadcaster that will eliminate 657 jobs over the next two years and $130 million from its annual budget. Afternoon radio drive-home shows in Ottawa, Windsor, Thunder Bay and Sudbury will be merged into a provincewide show, said Marc-Philippe Laurin, president of the Canadian Media Guild at the CBC.
