Construction of an eagerly anticipated Glebe parking garage has been delayed by a year. The four-storey parkade, with 149 spots and more space for bikes, was supposed to be finished in October. But construction has now been delayed and the deadline pushed back to November 2015, said Capital ward Coun. David Chernushenko.
