Ottawa shoppers joined their vinyl-loving compatriots around the world Saturday for the seventh annual Record Store Day. Record Store Day has also become a celebration of the culture of the independent record stores and real recorded product, as opposed web-based music distribution. In Ottawa, the aficionados gathered at Vertigo Records, Compact Records, Legend Records, CD Warehouse and The Record Centre.
