OTTAWA — We’re getting a reprieve from the rain and overcast skies, but only for a day. Sunny skies and a high of 10 C were forecast for Thursday. Environment Canada predicted the sky would become partly cloudy by Thursday night when the temperature drops to a low of -2 C.
