Ontario judge lowers the boom on ‘vexatious’ Ottawa litigant

An Ottawa man who has fought for 29 years to win back his teaching job has been told in no uncertain terms that the country’s judges are tired of seeing him in court. In a decision released this week, Ontario Superior Court Justice Colin McKinnon called Ottawa’s Roger Callow “a litigant possessed of seemingly inexhaustible stamina.”
