A man is facing charges after he allegedly ordered his dog to attack another man in Buckingham on Tuesday evening. Gatineau police say they received a call to 149 Rue Roméo-Lorrain at around 5:50 p.m. and arrived on scene to find a man bleeding and semi-conscious on the ground.
