It wasn’t a toy inside the plastic Kinder eggs that prisoner Trevor Pratt smuggled into the Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre. The 29-year-old was on his way into the Innes Road jail in early April after being arrested for breaching his probation when guards became suspicious he may have contraband.
