Ottawa – The westbound bus lane on the Heron Road Bridge will be closed during off-peak hours starting Monday, May 12, and lasting for approximately three days. Motorists can expect traffic delays in the area during this time and the north sidewalk of the bridge will be closed to pedestrians throughout this period.
Sidewalk repair work is being conducted during off-peak hours in order to lessen the traffic impact on local homes and businesses.
Lane reductions may occur between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. during the day and between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. overnight.
