Ottawa city council approved a number of initiatives Wednesday, including plans for a $30-million Innovation Centre at Bayview Yards, Millenium Park in Orléans, a new pilot project that will see new murals on two city underpasses, an infill bylaw, plans for detouring buses onto Scott and Albert streets during light rail construction, and a so-called ideas forum at city hall in connection with the 150th anniversary of Canada's confederation.
