  加拿大联想公司的网站周四晚即开始刊登一条爆炸性的消息:原价879元的14英寸的Y410型号笔记本电脑网上订购只需要279元,劲减600元。消息迅速在各大社交群传播,由于减价幅度实在太大,短时间内即引起疯狂订购,许多人甚至订购数台。

  加国无忧网友汐柒在网上发帖称“原价$879 ,现价$279,于是果断下单3台,看吧,confirmation都收到了,今天朋友圈里火了,大家都在各种抢福利...”

  但是到了昨天下午情况发生变化,大批已经接到确定邮件的订户,突然接到加拿大联想集团发出的电子邮件,称由于价格错误(pricing error ),以上述超低价格订购的订单被迫取消。

  以下是联想发出的取消订单的邮件内容:

  Dear Valued Customer,

  Thank you for your recent Lenovo purchase. Due to a pricing error on our website, we will have to cancel your order. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and would like to help you place a new order.

  Thank you for your time and patience. We look forward to hearing from you.

  Kind Regards,

  Lenovo Customer Service

  联想的邮件在已经订购的客户群里像是油锅进了水,马上炸开了。英文消费信息网站RedFlagDeals里面的消费者跟贴超过2800个,许多人认为这是联想的销售策略,故意用低价吸引消费者,引起大家的关注,等于变相为自己做广告,甚至有人认为这是联想因为收购黑莓不成功,故意报复加拿大消费者。

  加国无忧网站论坛里也有网友对联想的举动很生气,网友“鸭鸭”找出加国联邦竞争局的网站,认为联想的行动是“诱饵式销售”(Bait and switch selling),无论如何都应该按照错误的价格发货。

  中英文网站上都有消费者建议被取消订单的人士联合起来,一起向联想讨个说法,甚至想发起抵制行动。

  根据网友自己的统计,大约有60%的订户接到取消订单的邮件,意味着还有40%的订单尚未被取消,大家不妨拭目以待,静观事态发展。

  加国无忧网站记者从昨天起一直尝试联络联想加拿大公司的销售部门,到周六下午还没有接到任何来自联想的回应。

Customers were able to place the order, get confirmation, and was charged on their credit card.

4. The "price error" was not only for 1 single items, but multiple items, which make you think they may be really doing some "clearance" sale or real doorbuster deal. - It's their fault if they do intended to sale at this price, and DID NOT SET a QUANTITY LIMIT. Remember during Christmas there were stores were selling a $10 TV: too good to be true? But the deal was real - but LIMITED TO X UNITS per STORE. No one would think it's a miss-print nor a price error, and it wasn't (because the huge adveristing of "DOORCRASHER")

5. The deal was posted for 2 days - They sold the product for 2 days before they announce it's a "price error". Bestbuy/ Staples/ Futureshop nor any online retailed would put an item on sale for so many days if it was a pricing error, a notice will be posted as soon as they discovered. THERE should be a PROOFREADER for every sale they announced on the web? If they do not have that, then I would really question their quality control in making the machines as well, are the machine checked whether they were functional before they are sent to the customer? We are talking about a manufacture and retailer responsibility here for making sure the product they sale are functioning, and making sure the pricing they post are correct. NOT THE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY TO GUESS AND QUESTION whether a product will works as advertised and whether the pricing posted is correct. WE ASSUME EVERYTHING IS LISTED AS IS.

6. Lenovo announced it was a price error, yet after this announcement, people were still able to place an order. The website should have been taken down once this was "discovered" to minimize their loss/fiasco and generate MORE disappointed "potential" customers.

5. Everyone got cancellation emails: Some with correct order numbers, some with wrong order numbers, and some did not received any at all. No word of how the refund would take place, and what time frame it would take place.

7. IF you think that we are all whining and being inconsiderable. Then please read back to my Point #1. WE WERE CONSIDERABLE FOR THEIR PAST ERROR. But if this happens over and over again, I will think that they are taken advantage of the words "Price error" to gain publicity, potential customer's information to build up their "customer database" and possible perform the bait and switch tactic.

8. We felt that we were being treated differently (than situation in China pointed out in #2), then I think we should come out and voice out.

9. Anyone else think that people complaining were greedy to get a cheap laptop? Some might, but it wouldn't get out of the hand if it was just the "greed" that plays the roll in this sitution. Not everyone thinks the same, and not everyone sees the situation in the same angle as you. We have the right to complain and time will tell who is right.

最少也该给个下次购物优惠卷啥的。以前多处买网购,有价格错误啊,寄错东西之类的,都会给些优惠性补偿。付出不多,但是会让消费者觉到商家对自己的失误表示了歉意。
联想这个事处理的非常不好。价格错误时间超过18小时。修复一天后才通知购买者取消订单。好像错的理直气壮的,最起码他们也耽误了别人的时间啊。

EPP 是允许,甚至是鼓励,给亲朋好友使用的。
并不限于Employee。

这个我知道,问题是10个订货的有几个是亲朋好友啊?
workpolis是需要login/invite才能进去的,至于他们怎么link到lenovo被别人发现了那是另外一个问题。

钻空子还等着人家发货,纯粹出来丢人

为什么叫钻空子?这个link在Redflag上就有,如果不让用,那么就应该有login呀,至少是让用户填哪家公司的吧。你现在去定,联想一定会发货给你。
联想这次明摆是无赖,趁机收集用户信息。

不必上升到 丢人和倒闭的高度。

事实上, 钻空子并不丢人, 丢人的是企业公开标价,以及购买程序上出现了空子等着人来钻。 要知道, 这次钻空子的行为可绝不限于中国大陆人。 台湾人,香港人, 包括各种鬼佬,欧洲来的, 中亚来的,本地土生的。。。。。 看到这个空子, 都在钻。凭啥同样的行为,中国大陆人就丢人?别人就光荣?

而联想的处理也没什么不对的, 因为人家的agreement里面有保底的条款, 人家完全有权采取诸如取消订单之类的动作。 你点击了购买, 也就默认同意了这些保底条款。

从头到尾就是一次商业行为而已, 买卖成功, 或买卖不成功, 这就是business, 这有什么可丢人, 可倒闭的?
