Paramedics brought a 19-year-old man to hospital in serious condition with stab wounds Sunday evening after what police say was a personal robbery.
The Ottawa Paramedic Service said it received a call around 10:30 p.m. about a man who had been stabbed at the McDonald’s restaurant at 3340 Fallowfield Rd. in Barrhaven.
Ottawa police said the man had a three-inch laceration on his body but wouldn’t reveal any other details about the man’s injuries. They said the injuries were not life-threatening.
Police said they are looking for two male suspects, one white and one black, driving a maroon four-door vehicle.
