One of the best known faces in the Senate, Sen. Romeo Dallaire, is set to announce he’s taking early retirement from the upper chamber.
Dallaire is scheduled to make the announcement to the Senate Wednesday afternoon. At that time he’ll outline the timing of when he will leave and what has led him to his decision, but he is expected to say that he is doing so to reduce his workload and stress levels.
