SUPER service from Frank!!!
My son’s laptop suddenly stopped working as Window could not start. We have tried everything that we could find on the internet and consulted with friends who are professional IT specialists, but we had no luck until I saw Frank’s post. Because the complication of the laptop, he spent days troubleshooting the problem, fix the problem, and gave us variable advices/recommendations, all with no additional cost. His expertise and professionalism deserve this acknowledgement. We appreciate his service and would like to recommend him to the entire society. BTW, the cost is surprisingly affordable!!!
