Police arrested Gavin Sean Griffiths in relation to a series of incidents that occurred on the bike paths in the New Edinburgh neighbourhood Saturday morning.
The charges include three counts of sexual assault, two counts of mischief and one count of breach of probation. He is described as a white male in his 20s riding a bright yellow bike.
Ottawa police confirm Griffiths was also charged in 2012 in relation to a series of sexual assaults involving as many as eight different women in a span of 24 days. He was accused of a series of attacks where women had their pants pulled down and their bodies groped inappropriately.
