Ottawa – Beginning June 2, Gladstone Street will be closed for construction between Elgin Street and Cartier Street. Access will be maintained for residents. Work to replace the sewers and water main is expected to continue until the end of August when this section of the road will re-open to all traffic.
The Gladstone Avenue Reconstruction Project is an $11 million project to replace the existing combined sewer and watermain from Bank Street to Cartier Street, along with road reconstruction and other improvements to the roadway and sidewalks. For more information visit ottawa.ca.
