Serial “pants puller” Gavin Sean Griffiths, arrested over the weekend for alleged sexual offences against women in New Edinburgh, appeared briefly in an Ottawa court Monday.
He is charged with three counts of sexual assault, two counts of mischief and one count of breach of probation.
Griffiths, 28, was sentenced in May of last year to 23 months in jail for similar sexual offences. He was credited for 12 months he had served since his arrest, which means he only recently completed his sentence.
His victims in 2013 were women ranging in age from their teens to their 40s. All said they had struggled with him to keep their clothes on.
A next court date was set for Friday when Griffiths will appear via video from jail.
