The Ontario Provincial Police are investigating the deaths of a man and a woman whose bodies were found near Napanee on Friday night.
Officers were called to Daley Road in Tyendinaga Township just after 6 p.m. for reports of a man’s body. Nearby, they found the body of an adult woman. The scene is about 70 kilometres west of Kingston.
The names of the victims have not been released. Post-mortems were to be conducted on Saturday at Kingston General Hospital.
The incident is being investigated by the OPP’s Napanee Crime Unit. Anyone with information is asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
