Police are investigating after a body was recovered from the Ottawa River downstream from the Alexandra Bridge, Tuesday morning
The Ottawa Fire Service launched a rescue boat from the Hull Marina at about 11:15 a.m. after reports of a body in the water. Soon after, they said it was “no longer a rescue” and they were awaiting the arrival of police to the scene.
