A 58-year-old man was hospitalized and may face impaired driving charges after police received several calls Monday about a motorist with erratic behaviour on Highway 50 east, near the Laurentides exit.
The Sûreté du Québec said they stopped the vehicle at around 1 p.m.
The driver was taken to hospital as a precaution because he appeared confused and disoriented and his vehicle was towed.
An investigation is ongoing.
