A 28-year-old man is in hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries after a collision on eastbound Regional Road 174 Friday evening just after 9:30 p.m.
The crash, which occurred just west of the Montreal Rd. off-ramp, involved a car and a motorcycle. The injured man was riding the motorcycle, police say.
Lanes were open in both directions on the 174 as of 11 p.m. Traffic had been blocked off while police cleared the scene of debris.
Police are investigating the incident; anyone with information is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service, East Division at 613-236-1222 extension 3212.
